We need to decide sections.
We have Pay: Rate $21-$22 per hour.
Schedule: 20-29 hours a week (may include weekends). Flexible availability.
Benefits: as listed.
About the role: maybe summary paragraph.
Responsibilities: essential duties (by program area + essential duties and responsibilities). Could combine.
Requirements: maybe the "Requirements" bullet list (must speak English, HS diploma, experience preferred, driver's license 3+ years, at least 21, authorized to work). Also maybe include work environment? But work environment could be part of responsibilities or separate? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly.
Qualifications: maybe the "QUALIFICATIONS" section (problem solving, attention to detail, time management, ability to organize/administer/coordinate program, computer proficiency, writing, presenting, vehicle access, insurance, belief, cooperative, organize work).
Skills: maybe language skills, physical demands? Or we could treat language skills and physical demands under Skills. But we need to avoid filler. We have language skills (bilingual Spanish preferred) and physical demands. Could put under Skills.
Education/Experience could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction says we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate. Usually Requirements are mandatory (HS diploma, experience, driver's license, age, work auth). Qualifications are preferred/desired (problem solving, etc). Education and/or Experience could be under Requirements (HS diploma, one year experience). Experience in job development strongly preferred could be under Qualifications.
We need to avoid duplication.
Let's structure:

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We removed those. Check for any repeated content: We have "Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities (preferred)" in Requirements; also we have "Experience in job development, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field strongly preferred" maybe should be in Qualifications. We didn't include that; we should add it under Qualifications. Add: "Experience in job development, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field is strongly preferred." Also we have "Minimum of one year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities." That's a requirement; we have "Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities (preferred)" but we need to reflect the minimum one year requirement. Let's adjust Requirements: include "Minimum of one year experience working with adults with developmental disabilities." Also keep "Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities (preferred)" maybe redundant; we can combine: "Minimum one year experience working with adults with developmental disabilities; experience in job development, vocational rehabilitation, or related field strongly preferred." But we need to keep both? The instruction: preserve all substantive information. So we need to include both statements. We can list them separately. Thus Requirements: - Must speak English. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum one year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities. - Experience in job development, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field strongly preferred. - Valid Driver’s License for at least 3 years. - Minimum age 21 years. - Authorized to work in the United States. We also have "Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities (preferred)" which is similar to the first; but we already have minimum one year experience; we can keep that as is and maybe also note "Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities preferred." But that may be redundant. However to preserve all, we can include both: "Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities (preferred)" and "Minimum one year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities." The latter already implies experience with special needs; but we can keep both. Let's include both. Now Qualifications: we already have problem solving, attention to detail, time management, ability to organize/administer/coordinate program, computer proficiency, writing, presenting, vehicle access, belief, organize work efficiently. Add "Experience in job development, vocational rehabilitation, or
