About the role
The role is responsible for managing the university's IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the university’s network systems
- Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students
- Implement and update security protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless technology integration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with network management and cybersecurity
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and network administration
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
