Youth Justice & Parenting Education Case Worker

About the role
Provide case management and supportive services to youth and families involved with youth justice or prevention programs. Facilitate parenting education and skill-building programs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized service plans in collaboration with schools, law enforcement, courts, providers, and community organizations. Support restorative and trauma-informed approaches, maintain documentation, and advocate for families by connecting them with community resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management and supportive services to youth and families involved with youth justice or prevention programs
- Facilitate parenting education and skill-building programs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Collaborate with schools, law enforcement, courts, providers, and community organizations
- Support restorative and trauma-informed approaches to youth services
- Maintain documentation and case records in accordance with agency and state requirements
- Participate in team staffing, case consultation, and ongoing professional development
- Advocate for families and connect them with needed community resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required
- Wisconsin Social Work certification preferred
Pay
Starting wage for this position is $29.28/hr and increases to $33.15/hr after one year. For certified social workers, starting wage is $30.28/hr and $34.15/hr.
