About the role
Crawford County Health & Human Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented professional to join our supportive team as a Youth Justice & Parenting Education Case Worker. This position offers the opportunity to positively impact youth and families through prevention-focused services, restorative practices, parenting education, and collaborative community partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management and supportive services to youth and families involved with youth justice or prevention programs
- Facilitate parenting education and skill-building programs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Collaborate with schools, law enforcement, courts, providers, and community organizations
- Support restorative and trauma-informed approaches to youth services
- Maintain documentation and case records in accordance with agency and state requirements
- Participate in team staffing, case consultation, and ongoing professional development
- Advocate for families and connect them with needed community resources
Pay
Starting wage for this position is $29.28/hr and increases to $33.15/hr after one year. For certified social workers, the starting wage is $30.28/hr and $34.15/hr after one year.
