We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "ABOUT BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF CENTRAL FLORIDA:" and "POSITION SUMMARY:" and "KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):" etc. We need to map to headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each section heading. Only include sections with real specific content. No Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless present. The posting does not mention pay, schedule, benefits explicitly. There's mention of "competitive compensation and benefits" in about section but not specific. So we should not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections because no specific details. We'll include About the role (maybe from ABOUT BOYS & GIRLS CLUB... and POSITION SUMMARY?), Responsibilities (KEY ROLES...), Requirements (QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS...), Skills (maybe from KEY ROLES & COMPETENCIES?), Qualifications (maybe overlapping). The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the organization: "ABOUT BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF CENTRAL FLORIDA:" plus mission etc. Could be About the role? Might be better as About the role (description of role and organization). We'll include About the role with that content. - POSITION SUMMARY: could be part of About the role or separate. We'll incorporate into About the role. - KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities): Responsibilities. - QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Requirements (or Qualifications). We'll treat as Requirements. - KEY ROLES & COMPETENCIES: could be Skills. - ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: maybe part of Responsibilities or Skills. Could be included under Responsibilities. - ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS: maybe part of Requirements? Could be under Requirements or separate but not a standard heading. Could be included under Requirements. - PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: also Requirements. - Pre-Employment and Ongoing Compliance Requirements: also Requirements. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from those sections. We need to format lists with
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we need to turn bullet points into
    • . The responsibilities are described in paragraphs with colon headings like "Program Development and Implementation:" etc. We'll need to extract each bullet as list items. Similarly for qualifications: list of bullet-like sentences. We need to be careful not to invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information. We'll produce HTML fragment with sections:

      About the role

... (combined ABOUT BOYS & GIRLS CLUB... and POSITION SUMMARY)

      Responsibilities

      • Program Development and Implementation: Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activities in the assigned program area. Ensure facilities, equipment & supplies are maintained and report any issues to the supervisor. Review program supply inventory and request supply orders promptly. Facilitate Club-specific and BGCA core programs as directed by the Supervisor.
      • Youth Development: Provide active and engaged presence to prepare youth for success while creating a safe and healthy Club environment that facilitates positive youth development. Affirm positive behavior in members and deliver coaching conversations and redirection when needed. Model and teach youth self-confidence and self-awareness while building supportive relationships.
      • Program Administration: Collect and track Club member attendance, coursework, and behavior data as needed. Ensure a productive work environment by participating in Club staff meetings and training events.
      • Daily Program Activities: Ensure program areas are set up and cleaned up daily. Provide club members with a daily program agenda and participation expectations. Ensure child and club safety guidelines are followed. Facilitate program activities that align with BGCCF Core Program Pillars.
      • Administration and Reporting: Manage administrative functions of program areas and assigned resources. Ensure proper record-keeping and reporting, including activities and events conducted, breakdowns of daily participation figures, notable achievements, and any problems or issues.
But we also have ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Internal/External relationships). Could be added as list items under Responsibilities. Also ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS, Pre-Employment and Ongoing Compliance Requirements could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide headings: Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. The instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. We need to use them appropriately. We could map: - Requirements: minimum qualifications (high school diploma/GED, associate's degree preferred, some experience, etc.) - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we need to avoid duplication. Could treat Requirements as the bullet list under "QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS". Then Skills could be from "KEY ROLES & COMPETENCIES". Qualifications maybe from "ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES"? Hmm. Better: Use Requirements for the bullet list under "QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS". Use Skills for the list under "KEY ROLES & COMPETENCIES". Use Qualifications for maybe "ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES"? But that seems odd. Alternatively, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section, but instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (which includes qualifications, skills, etc). But we need to follow heading names if we use them. We could just use About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. That satisfies using headings from list. We don't need to use all. Thus:

      About the role

... (ABOUT BOYS & GIRLS CLUB... + POSITION SUMMARY)

      Responsibilities

... (including KEY ROLES, ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES maybe)

      Requirements

... (QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS, KEY ROLES & COMPETENCIES, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS, Pre-Employment and Ongoing Compliance Requirements)
We must ensure we don't lose any detail. Let's extract all substantive info. First, ABOUT BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF CENTRAL FLORIDA paragraph: "Since 1944, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida has provided children and teens, ages 6 to 18, with a safe place to learn and grow during non-school hours. Today, more than 15,000 young people call our 39 Clubs across five Central Florida counties home. The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring adults. Every day after school and all summer long, our members walk through the blue doors at little or no cost to their families and find academic support, enrichment, and caring adult role models who believe in what they can become. How we do it matters as much as what we do. Our Clubs deliver quality programming grounded in evidence across six core pillars of focus: education and career development; character and leadership development; sports, fitness, and recreation; health and life skills; the arts; and mental health. That work is reinforced by practices informed by trauma research, mental and emotional wellness support, and an unwavering commitment to safety. The results show up in graduation rates, college and vocational school enrollment, grades, and young people who tell us they feel emotionally safe at their Club. As part of the national Future Ready movement, we are growing bigger, better, and bolder, and we know none of it happens without exceptional people. That is why we invest in our team through comprehensive training, leader development, competitive compensation and benefits, and a workplace culture built on excellence, belonging, and accountability. If you want your work to change the trajectory of a child's life, there is a place for you here. Great futures start here, and they start with you."
