Youth Development Specialist

Ensure the safety and well-being of children receiving residential services by providing empathetic support, feedback, and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Respond effectively to challenging behaviors such as non-compliance, aggression, self-harm, and hygiene needs
• Support emotional regulation and behavior development in accordance with individualized treatment plans

Requirements

• High school diploma (some college preferred)
• Experience working with children with emotional or behavioral challenges
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
