About the role

The YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are dedicated to providing quality programs and services that promote healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Implement YMCA programs and activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all YMCA standards and regulations.
• Engage with participants to foster positive relationships and support their growth.
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with youth or adults preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
