Youth Coordinated Entry Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our dynamic team at Youth In Need. Our organization has been serving the community since 1974 and is known for its commitment to creating safe places for vulnerable children.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Youth Coordinated Entry system in St. Louis City and County
• Provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless and at-risk youth
• Access community resources to support at-risk youth
• Must be CPR certified and obtain a Class E Driver’s License

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field OR High School Diploma/equivalent and four (4) years' experience in human services OR a combination of the above
• Experience working with at-risk youth and knowledge of accessing community resources

Qualifications

• Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License

Pay

This is an hourly position, starting at $19/hour.
