About the role
The role involves providing support to youth in navigating their way through various social services and programs. Responsibilities include case management, coordination with other service providers, and ensuring that youth needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive case management services to youth clients
- Coordinate with other service providers to ensure seamless support for youth
- Assist youth in accessing necessary resources and services
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases managed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in youth services or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience working with diverse populations
