Youth Case Manager
About the role
We are looking for caring professionals to join our team as a Youth Case Manager. In this role you will be an integral part of our Behavioral Health Division and provide critical care and support at Lincoln Regional Center - Whitehall.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to youth in a residential treatment setting
- Facilitate treatment groups and skill-building activities
- Auxiliary in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
- Conduct interviews and assessments to gather information related to treatment planning
- Maintain case records, progress reports, treatment documentation, and classification information
- Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with therapists, educators, case managers, and facility staff
- Monitor and support youth participation in educational, vocational, and treatment programming
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor to youth
- Communicate with families, guardians, Juvenile Service Officers, attorneys, schools, and community partners
- Auxiliary in discharge planning, transition services, and treatment recommendations
- Supervise recreational activities, outings, and structured programming
- Maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for youth and staff
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a closely related field, along with experience working with children, youth, families, or vulnerable populations. Relevant experience may include youth services, education, foster care, juvenile justice, behavioral health, healthcare, community-based programs, counseling, case management, or other roles involving direct interaction and support of youth and families OR Four years of directly related professional experience. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience that provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the job will also be considered.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with justice-involved or at-risk youth, experience in residential treatment or behavioral health settings, crisis intervention and de-escalation training, counseling, mentoring, or case management experience, strong documentation and report-writing skills, ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Other: Valid Driver's license required

Hiring Rate of Position starts at $23.067/Hr and Work shift is 8am-4:30pm.
