Youth/Children Pastor

Full-time position focused on discipleship and programming for students in grades 7–12, with additional oversight of children’s ministry and volunteer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly gatherings, retreats, and mission trips for middle- and high-school students
• Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for children’s ministry
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and lay leaders to integrate student and children’s ministries
