What You Will Do
- Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our Youth.
- Monitor and document behaviors.
- Monitor and join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time.
- Assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.
Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education OR have one-year experience working with youth in organized group activities.
- Possess a Driver's License.

Schedule
Our Youth Care Workers currently work a bi-weekly rotating schedule. For example, Shift works 8 am to 8:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and would rotate the following week and work Wednesday and Thursday. Both shifts work a half day Wednesday each week. This gives our Youth Care Workers 4 hours of built-in overtime for each pay period.
Pay
Starting at $19 per hour.
Schedule
Includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.
