About the role
As a Youth Care Worker - Days, you will provide 24-hour security and supervision to always ensure the safety of our youth. You will monitor and document behaviors, join the youth during sports and recreation time, and assist and mentor them while they learn and develop within the program.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of youth
- Monitor and document behaviors
- Participate in and supervise youth during sports and recreation time
- Assist and mentor youth as they learn and develop within the program
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position OR 60 hours of college education
- Valid Driver’s License
Pay
Starting at $19 per hour, with 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.
