About the role
Yousuf Adil, a leading professional services firm in Pakistan, is currently hiring for two key positions in Human Resources and Data Management.
Responsibilities
- Assistant Manager – Learning, Performance & OD:
- Develop and implement learning programs to enhance employee performance.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives to improve team dynamics.
- EDP Coordinator:
- Manage electronic data processing tasks efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of data entry and reporting.
- Handle record management and maintain detailed records.
Requirements
- Assistant Manager – Learning, Performance & OD:
- Minimum Graduate (Master’s degree preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Must have 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management, and Organizational Development (OD).
- EDP Coordinator:
- Minimum Intermediate qualification required; B.Com will be preferred.
- 1-3 years in data management and coordination.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- EDP Coordinator:
- Strong command of MS Office.
- Excellent data entry and reporting skills.
