Internal Audit Officer
Location: Multiple Locations (Field Audits)
- Responsibilities:
- Perform inventory audits (periodic and spot checks)
- Conduct retail compliance audits
- Execute cash verification (planned and surprise counts)
- Identify and report discrepancies
- Verify damaged, expired, and ageing inventory
- Check and validate TOs (Transfer Orders) and ISTs (Inter-Store Transfers)
- Prepare and submit audit reports
- Follow up on audit observations
- Clock in with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments
- Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Retail, Compliance, or Inventory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of MS Excel
- Ability to conduct field audits and site visits
- Understanding of retail operations and inventory controls
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Quality Assurance Executive (Apparel)
Location: Multiple Locations (Site Visits)
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards
- Identify quality issues and support corrective actions
- Clock in with production and site teams
- Prepare inspection reports and documentation
- Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Textile Quality Assurance
- Bachelor’s degree (relevant field preferred)
- Hands-on textile/garment industry exposure
- Willingness to travel for site visits
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
Customer Service Intern
Location: Karachi (Office-Based)
- Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints
- Maintain and update internal records
- Support the customer support team
- Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good typing speed and proficiency in written communication
- Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and continuously improve
- Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and a positive “can-do” attitude
GRN Officer (Goods Receipt Note)
Location: Karachi (Warehouse Operations)
- Responsibilities:
- Perform various system activities
- Perform various reconciliations
- Prepare daily work reports
- Handle system-related tasks
- Coordinate receiving activities
- Review all documents
- Resolve operations-related issues
- Maintain accurate records
- Analyze data
- Create daily operational stats
- Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s (preferable)
- Experience: 2-3 years warehouse operations experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Proficient in cross-system reconciliations and general large data reconciliations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, inventory management systems, and strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
