Responsibilities
- Lead teams, support daily operations, coach team members, and help create an exceptional guest experience across the facility.
- Play a key role in building positive culture, driving operational excellence, ensuring safety standards, and helping teams succeed in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
- Welcome guests, answer questions, assist with admissions, memberships, and attractions, and help families get the most out of their visit.
- Help guests purchase attraction passes, arcade cards, party packages, and other entertainment experiences while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Help guests enjoy rides, attractions, arcade games, laser tag, go-karts, bowling, and more while creating a safe, exciting, and memorable experience.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks while delivering outstanding hospitality to guests in our cafés, bars, restaurants, and event spaces.
- Maintain and repair arcade games, rides, attractions, and go-karts to ensure everything operates safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.
- Bring celebrations to life by hosting birthday parties, group events, and special occasions while making every guest feel celebrated and welcomed.
