Young Adult Pastor

About the Role

Carmel Baptist Church is seeking a Young Adult Pastor to lead adults from 18 years old to young married couples, helping us make disciples of our nearest neighbors and the nations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Young Adult Ministry for adults aged 18 to young married couples.
• Teach and provide leadership in para-church or pastoral ministry settings.
• Oversee various ministry programs and resources related to Young Adult Ministry.
• Work with and develop volunteers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and leadership responsibilities in para-church or pastoral ministry.
• Hands-on experience working with Young Adult Ministry programs and resources.
• Experience working with volunteers.
