YOUTH & YOUNG ADULTS PASTOR

About the Role

Life Christian Church in Cypress, California, is seeking a Youth & Young Adults Pastor committed to exalting Christ, equipping believers, and evangelizing the world. This role calls for a faithful, relational leader with a heart for the next generation—someone passionate about teaching God’s Word, guiding students in their faith, and helping youth and young adults grow in their relationship with Jesus.

The ministry is centered on discipleship, with an emphasis on clear biblical teaching, meaningful relationships, and a community that encourages students to follow Christ. The role includes leading weekly gatherings, teaching Scripture in both large and small settings, and shaping a ministry that engages students in the life of the church. You will create environments where worship is meaningful, communication is clear, and students are challenged to grow in godliness and biblical understanding.

The Youth & Young Adults Pastor will help develop ministry rhythms that foster connection, encourage participation, and create opportunities for outreach, service, and spiritual growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly gatherings for youth and young adults
• Teach Scripture in large and small group settings
• Shape a ministry that engages students in the life of the church
• Create environments for meaningful worship and clear communication
• Challenge students to grow in godliness and biblical understanding
• Develop ministry rhythms that foster connection, participation, outreach, service, and spiritual growth
• Disciple students and build a Christ-centered ministry

Pay

$50,000 - $65,000
