Yorkshire of Edina Senior Living: Caregiver, HHA, & CNA (PT AM and On-Call)

About the role

Yorkshire of Edina, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking Caregivers, HHA's, and CNAs to join our growing team. Located in Edina, off a bus route, between Southdale Mall and the YMCA, we provide Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Position

Position: Caregiver, HHA, & CNA
Hourly: $17.00 - $22.00 for HHA and $19.00 - $24.00 for CNA hourly, depending on experience
Service Area: 7141 York Avenue South, Edina, MN 55435
Schedule: FTE options below

Requirement

Requirement: Must work a minimum of 4 shifts every thirty (30) days from last shift worked and two of those four shifts must be a weekend shift, when requested, excluding in-service hours.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

As a Caregiver/HHA/CNA with us you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Aiding residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing direct cares in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
