Highland Senior Living: CNA, HHA & Caregivers (FT PM)

About the Role

Highland Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Little Falls, Minnesota, is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team. Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 units. We provide excellent care and support for our residents to Age Magnificently.

Schedule

• 0.8 FTE PM, 2pm-10pm
• Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care
• Assist with medication administration

Pay

• HHA: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
• CNA: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
• $1.00 PM shift differential
• $2.00 NOC shift differential
