Essential Functions

• Deliver exceptional care to the client in their home
• Complete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Provide personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
• Assist with personal care activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Perform administrative functions such as documentation of task completion and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

• Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
