Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
- Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (Activities of Daily Living - ADLs)
- Provide personal companionship and active engagement with clients and their families
- Aid in personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and feeding/making meals
- Document task completion and report changes in client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
