Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (Activities of Daily Living - ADLs)
• Provide personal companionship and active engagement with clients and their families
• Aid with personal care activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and feeding/meal preparation
• Perform administrative functions such as documenting task completion and reporting changes in client's condition
