About the role

Supports the Site Coordinator in the implementation and daily operation of the YMCA Reads/Bright Pathways after-school program serving up to 32 students. The role assists with literacy instruction, academic support, structured enrichment, student supervision, attendance monitoring, and program operations.

Schedule

Scheduled hours align with each school's dismissal time across the same 32-week program cycle.
