Bring the YMCA mission to life through positive youth experiences. Supervise practices and games with enthusiasm and safety. Share basic sports knowledge and encourage every participant. Build strong, authentic relationships with children and families. Support the Sports Director and Coordinator in maintaining top-quality equipment and fields.
