Physical Therapy Assistant

Role: Certified Physical Therapy Assistant in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Responsibilities Provide high-quality rehab services, including therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions.Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver personalized care.Document patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).Collaborate effectively with nursing and rehabilitation teams.Educate residents and their families about treatment plans and wellness strategies.
