Responsibilities
- Follows all F&B standard operating procedures
- Washes dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand
- Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition
- Sweeps and scrubs floors
- Loading/unloading trucks that deliver or pick up food and supplies
- Receives and stocks supplies, stores perishables, and rotates stock
- Assists with basic food preparation and serving as needed
- Prepares place settings and sets banquet tables
Position Requirements
- Three (3) months of experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club is required
Physical Demands
- Frequently bends, stoops, kneels, crouches, reaches with hands and arms, operates a computer
- Constantly stands, walks, talks, hears, uses hands and fingers to handle, organize or lift items, uses vision to determine the accuracy, neatness, attention to detail, and thoroughness of the work assigned
