Essential Functions And Major Responsibilities
- Dishwashing & Inventory Control: Operate commercial dishwashers and manually wash plates, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans to meet the resort's premium presentation standards.
- Event Pace Support: Continuously sort, wash, and restock event inventory during high-volume wedding rushes to keep the catering service running smoothly.
- Kitchen Sanitation: Clean specific kitchen equipment components as needed, empty garbage, and sweep and mop floors to completely reset the dishwashing area at the end of each shift.
Physical Demands
- Stand and walk for up to eight hours per shift.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height.
Environmental Adaptability
- Work safely in a bustling, fast-paced kitchen environment, which includes minor outdoor exposure to variable mountain weather.
