Responsibilities
- Aid in delivering food to Members and guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Deliver food and beverages in an efficient manner while carrying the appropriate and designated equipment.
- Communicate clearly with the front of house and kitchen staff.
- Assist in serving orders to members and guests.
- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and work station.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership.
Position Requirements
- Three (3) months of restaurant service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
- Applicant must complete pre-employment background check.
