Yardi Specialist

About the Role

The Yardi Specialist is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Yardi platform. This role ensures data integrity, provides user support and training, develops reports, manages system updates, and partners with departments to improve processes and maximize system performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Yardi system accuracy, data integrity, and system functionality.
• Manage system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain reports to support operational and financial decisions.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements and system enhancements.
• Partner with IT to maintain system security and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Yardi experience in the multifamily industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Yardi Voyager, including Residential Management, Accounting, and RentCafé.

Skills

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
