About the role

Picture yourself as a yard switch with Gordon Food Service! You will be a key part of our operations team as you set up, prepare, move, and manage inbound and outbound trailers to support the unloading and loading of products at the distribution center. You’ll be using a yard truck to fuel and stage empty trailers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare, move, and manage inbound and outbound trailers
• Support the unloading and loading of products at the distribution center
• Use a yard truck to fuel and stage empty trailers

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Successfully pass a drug test that assesses drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
• Clean driving record as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
• Veterans and active military members encouraged to apply

Pay

$22.64 per hour, plus bonuses and incentives

Sunday to Thursday; start time 6:00 am until route finish
