About the role

• Master the Yard: Operate forklifts, material handlers, and other equipment, and train others to do the same.
• Captain of Organization: Optimize material storage systems to keep the yard efficient and well-organized.
• Customer Champion: Assist customers with a friendly attitude, ensuring their needs are met and leaving them satisfied.
• Team Leader: Supervise the yard crew, providing clear direction and setting a strong work ethic standard.
• Tech-Savvy: Use operations software to track inventory, pay customers, and manage material flow (training provided).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• General computer skills (specific software training provided).
• Passion for organization and efficiency.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to handle up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks.

Schedule

Four days a week: Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm. Sundays and one weekday off for work-life balance.
