Yard Coordinator

Job Summary

Pape’ Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Yard Coordinator/Warehouse person to join their team in Maui. This position offers competitive compensation, exceptional benefits, and a strong work-life balance designed to support you and your family.

What You'll Do

• Perform equipment check-ins, steam cleaning, washing, and fueling of equipment
• Keep the shop clean inside and out
• Oversee the parts warehouse to ensure everything is organized and optimized for selling and shipping parts
• Check in freight, organize the warehouse, load and unload trucks, and assist the Parts Counter with customer orders
• Deliver parts and small equipment for the Parts, Sales, and Service departments

What You Need

• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Two years of previous warehouse experience
• Knowledge of parts inventory
• Driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 lbs
• Ability to safely operate a Hyster forklift (training provided)

Compensation

$24.94-36.16/hr (Depending on Experience)
