About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our growing team, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling all Xfinity services and products including Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security, and Voice.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell Xfinity services and products using effective knowledge to existing and prospective customers.
• Recognize and capitalize on opportunities to up-sell additional services and explain new features.
• Execute sales closing techniques consistently and maximize Gross Profit.
• Create value around all our products and services and tailor a package to fit customer needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and maximize commissions.
• Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance the company’s image and public perception.
• Stay updated with current and emerging communication and entertainment technologies for both the company and its competitors.
• Achieve overall performance goals of the organization.

Requirements

• Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full-time availability

$35,000.00 - $65,000 per year

Schedule

Nights and weekends, variable schedule, and overtime may be required.
