Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Xfinity services and products including Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security, and Voice to existing and prospective customers.
• Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities by effectively upselling additional services.
• Execute sales closing techniques to maximize Gross Profit.
• Create tailored packages that meet the needs of our customers.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Work collaboratively with the team and stay updated on industry trends.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commissions.

Requirements

• Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full-time availability with open availability for nights and weekends

Pay

$35,000.00 - $65,000 per year

Schedule

Nights and weekends, variable schedule, and overtime may be required.
