About the role

Responsible for parking vehicles or issuing tickets for guests in a parking lot area. May handle cash and collect payment for parking fees. Duties include directing vehicle traffic, keeping parking areas clean and orderly, lifting and positioning barricades, and working with co-workers, Fire, Police, and third-party staffing vendors to ensure a safe and orderly ingress, tailgating, and egress experience for fans. Additional responsibilities may include showing care by participating in the venue's sustainability program, greeting guests arriving at the venue, and performing other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicle traffic
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly
• Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas
• Work closely with co-workers, Fire, Police, and third-party staffing vendors to achieve a safe and orderly experience for fans
• Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program
• Greet guests arriving at the venue in a friendly and helpful manner
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age (must obtain a work permit if under 18)
• Prior customer service experience a plus
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute job assignments

Pay

The expected compensation for this position is $15.00 USD - $18.00 USD per hour.
