Wrong page. Right problem.
What GTM Right does
- Real buyer complaints, in their own words
- Every assumption graded A–D on evidence
- Matched to 202 funded failures — start-ups that raised $100M+ and still died
- The engine tells you where you stand and what the next proof needs to be
Why founders use it
With AI, a product can be launched in days instead of months. The risk is no longer building too slowly — it is building for the wrong buyer, with the wrong offer, into a market that does not hurt enough. GTM Right surfaces that before you spend the runway.
How it works
Stage 1 is free. Describe your idea. The engine returns live market signals, competitor gap analysis, and an evidence grade. Stages 2–6 complete the full commercial validation: buyer precision, offer stress-test, market sizing, traffic channel analysis, and funnel clarity. Output is a Commercial Readiness Pack — a structured deliverable you can use for fundraising, accelerator applications, and GTM planning.
Who it is for
- Technical founders building with AI who want to know if the market is real before they commit the runway
- Founders who have launched and need to understand why traction is not converting
- Founders who have been through a failed start-up and will not make the same mistakes again
Stages
- Stage 1: True Validation (FREE) — Does a real, urgent problem exist? Output includes pain signal count & sources, evidence grade (Weak → Strong Signal), competitor gap map, assumptions register, and recommended next steps
- Stage 2: Buyer Precision — Who feels this pain most, and has budget to fix it? Output includes ICP profile (role, seniority, context), budget authority signal, urgency grade, segment size estimate, and buyer evidence sources
- Stage 6: Commercial Decision — Does the full system hold: go, pivot, or stop? Output includes Funnel Simulator (CAC, LTV, and payback modelled in real time), Funnel Analysis (conversion path with drop-off rates), 90-Day Plan (week-by-week proof milestones), legal and regulatory risk with trust blockers mapped, and commercial go/refine/stop decision with evidence
Stages 2–6 are included in the Canvas ($449). Stage 1 is always free.
The Commercial Readiness Pack
The Commercial Verdict a founder can use. Every stage you complete compiles into one document: graded verdict, sourced signals, named competitors, assumptions register, next steps. But here's what makes it different from anything else you could produce: It is a document you can only earn. A deck says what you believe. A business plan says what you intend. The Pack shows what the market said when someone went and checked. Every grade traced to evidence, every claim to a source.
You did the work. The market wrote the verdict.
- At 2am, with yourself. Before you commit a year of your life. A verdict you can trust precisely because you didn't author it.
- In the room, with an investor. When they ask "how do you know?" You hand them sources, not conviction. The same document funders read with their structured rubric.
- At the build, with your roadmap. The assumptions register tells you exactly what's proven and what's still a bet, so you build the bet-testing parts first.
