Responsibilities

• Data entry of patient information
• Collection of applicable deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments due from patient at time of service
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed correctly
• Obtain and document all insurance verification / information
• Possess respectable phone etiquette, patient response verbiage, and patient satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
