Wrap Facilitator for Marion County

About the role

At IPMG, you'll work as a Wrap Facilitator combining remote work from your home office with travel of up to 1.5 hours for community-based meetings several times a week.

Responsibilities

- Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family - Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family - Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals - Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care

Requirements

- A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation - The ability to pass thorough background screens - A BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of one of the following experiences: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 setting - Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone
