Responsibilities
- Provide direct wound care and skin treatments per physician orders
- Assess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate staff on wound care best practices and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Prior wound care experience (preferred)
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills
