Wound Care RN - Full-Time Days

Responsibilities

• Supervises wound care team and manages staff activities.
• Develops and updates clinical protocols and standards.
• Makes sure patient outcomes are good and that people follow the rules.
• Teaches staff and makes care plans.
• Helps doctors and works with nutritionists.
• Maintains good records and helps make things better.
• Helps staff learn and work well together.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or completion required within 2 years if not held at hire).
• At least two years of wound care experience and one year of acute care nursing.
• Certification as a Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) or Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) within 2 years.
• Current RN license and BLS certification.
