We are currently searching for a Wound Care / Treatment Nurse to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Wound Care Director and wound care team
- Assist with the delivery of wound care services
- Assist with lifting, turning and repositioning of residents during the delivery of wound care
- Observe changes in condition
- Ensure a safe environment
- Maintain education
Qualifications
- Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- C.P.R. certification
- Minimum of one (1) year of Wound Care Nurse experience
