Wound Care Nurse

Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Wound Care Nurse to join our team at RYZE West in Chicago, Illinois. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality wound care to our residents, promoting healing and preventing complications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate wound care needs for residents
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans, including debridement, dressing changes, and other treatments
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide education and support to residents and their families
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of wound care treatment and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve wound care outcomes
• Maintain a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse RN
