World Race Intern
About the Role
An opportunity to grow in faith, leadership, and professional development in a non-profit ministry setting. The World Race Internship is a transformative experience designed to immerse you in the daily operations of international missions and professional development. As an intern, you will gain practical skills, engage in meaningful projects, and contribute to our mission of awakening the Church to radically follow Jesus and advance His Kingdom.
Over the course of this internship, you will be fully integrated into the World Race team and activated to play a role in advising new racers, planning and executing on-campus events, improving administrative systems, and supporting teams on the field. You will also regularly attend Professional Development meetings where you’ll train and be taught by different staff members as well as professionals outside of AIM on topics such as Developing Leaders, Ethical Principles, Decision Making, and different Leadership styles and theories. We desire to utilize and champion your specific skill sets and strengths throughout the internship to prepare you for whatever is next in your life!
You will also meet regularly with a World Race staff member to check in with you personally, evaluate your workload, and assess any needs you might have in your internship.

Company Culture
The World Race team fosters a Christ-centered environment where “practical” and “spiritual” are not separate, but rather where Jesus is at the center and purpose of every decision, task, or meeting. Our culture is rooted in love, discipleship, and a desire to obey the Holy Spirit. While our office is often quiet and focused, it is also a space of freedom and worship—whether through prayer, music, or moments of spontaneous praise. We value authenticity, joy, and community.
