About the role
Provide technical support to Department of Revenue (DOR) computers, printers, and mobile devices.
Problem determination/resolution of routine application and system software issues and requests.
Communicates and coordinates extensively with a wide variety of individuals that use IT services provided by the Division of Technology Services (DTS) at DOR.
Requirements
- This position requires the ability to set up and move equipment that can weigh up to 45 lbs with or without accommodation.
Qualifications
- Experience using software tools to manage, or secure computers and/or mobile devices. (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Group Policy Management console, Microsoft Intune).
- Experience providing IT support to internal or external customers.
- Experience creating or updating technical IT documentation.
- Experience using software tools to manage, and secure computers and mobile devices. (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Group Policy Management console, Microsoft Intune).
- Experience working with Microsoft Intune in a Windows 11 enterprise environment (e.g., device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, compliance policies, monitoring, etc.).
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving endpoint issues such as policy conflicts, device enrollment failures, or application deployment problems.
- Experience using one or more scripting language or programming language (e.g., Windows Batch, PowerShell, Perl, etc.).

Pay
- The starting pay rate for this position is between $31.11 - $36.92 per hour ($64,708 - $76,793 annually), depending on experience and qualifications, plus excellent benefits.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (depending on length of lunch).
