PC Support Technician

About the role

This is an on-site role. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (on-site)

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support via phone and other communication channels.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for mobile devices, software applications, and PC-related issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers, training room participants, KIOS users, IT Service Center teams, and other stakeholders.
• Perform administrative tasks, including calendar management, scheduling, and email coordination.
• Demonstrate strong accountability, time management, and professionalism while working independently, especially during periods of limited supervision.
• Maintain a consistent customer-focused presence throughout the entire shift and ensure support coverage is uninterrupted.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a drug (non-THC) and 7 year lived background check.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card/Permanent Resident per end clients' contractual agreement.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.57 - $21.57/hr.
