About the role
DPP is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry.
Work details
- Location: Onsite in Columbia, SC
- Duration: 12 months
- Terms: W2 Contract
- Work Authorization: US Citizen; must be able to obtain/maintain a low-level (Public Trust) clearance
Responsibilities
- Building, backing up data, installing software, and deploying new workstations to users in the environment
Requirements
Education
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field; OR 2 years of job-related work experience
Experience
- 2 years of technical operations support experience
Technologies
- Teams, Excel, Office, & Windows
Licenses & Certifications
- A+ Certification required
- CompTIA A+ or higher preferred but not required
Skills
- Customer service and communication — directly work with keeping users productive
