Role summary / purposeInstalls, changes, and repairs minor problems of personal computer hardware and software systems, and gives technical assistance and training to system users. Answers inquiries concerning systems operation; diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems; and recommends or performs remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation. Worker will support multiple operation centers across the eastern, central, and southern regions of Indiana, including Batesville, Bedford, Bloomington, Clarksville, Connersville, Corydon, Gallagher Station, Greensburg, Salem, Seymour, and Shelbyville.Work environments include field, plant, lab, and office settings.Physical requirements:May perform physical labor moving IT equipmentRequired to lift up to 50 lbs maximumRequired to wear ASTM F2413 safety-rated boots at generation sitesRequired to drive personal vehicle to multiple sites; travel outside main operations center is reimbursable based on standard mileage rateWill drive a large portion of central, eastern, and southern IndianaApplication process / how to applyInterested candidates should submit their application through the staffing agency.
