Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Experience with operating systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
• Proficiency in scripted automation in a relevant scripting language.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology (server, network, storage, security).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain advanced technical topics to peers and technical management.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with lead engineers and technical leadership across various support areas.

Skills

• Scripted automation in relevant scripting languages.
• Infrastructure technology (server, network, storage, security).

Schedule
