Workplace Location Services Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

About the role

Acting as the true face of the firm, the Workplace Location Services Analyst will create an unparalleled experience for every guest that walks through the door, with a strong emphasis on security and customer service. Scope may include a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered at a location or across multiple locations. Responsibilities may include workspace set-up, A/V, catering, document services, reception, floor support, and other location services. This role involves independently carrying out routine tasks according to guidelines and/or under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Daily oversight of contractors to ensure proper supervision, quality control, and adherence to standards.
• Analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
• Interaction with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• Provides enhanced collaboration and client engagement, building relationships with the client team through local engagement activities and internal team requests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service.

Pay

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The hourly salary range for this role by location is as follows:

• California: $23.13 to $49.57
• Cleveland: $21.39 to $39.66
• Colorado: $23.13 to $42.84
• District of Columbia: $24.62 to $45.63
• Illinois: $21.39 to $42.84
• Maine: $19.66 to $36.49
• Maryland: $23.13 to $42.84
• Massachusetts: $23.13 to $45.63
• Minnesota: $23.13 to $42.84
